I took a trip to Perth for the Butterfly Conservation Members Day, which was really good with some fantastic speakers of all age groups.
Other than this I have been making a start on my holiday plans, the Condor ferry timetable for May now out and realising that the ferry back from Jersey was going to dock at 11.40pm (if on schedule) so I took a look to see what the alternatives were, and set to work on sorting an extra 2 nights and returning on the Monday lunchtime ferry, I just need to sort out the rest of my stop offs and when for each direction.
And of course September saw the start of the camera club season and pleased that I had two highly commended and two commended in my entries, a good start to the season.
Yesterday I got my replacement camera a Canon 77D, now all I need is some half decent weather to get out and get familiar with all that it does.
