The loch is a popular place fro photographers, also with mums and dads bringing the children to feed the ducks and swans.
The constant changing light was a challenge as was getting your shot in before someone along from you though some bread in to feed the birds, and your subject matter went tearing off for some of the food.
With so many birds all after a bit of the food there is plenty of action, but some what difficult to single out one or two for that action shot, The Goosander above was having a go at everything on the pond regardless of size even the swans were on the receiving end of that beak,
we had lunch and then a stroll around the loch and that's when I seen my very first Great Crested Grebe, I did not get good shots of them but that certainly was the icing on the cake for me.
