Chris Started walking back on the 1st August 2017 from Swansea, he had served in the 2nd Battalion Parachute Regiment, like many he struggled with returning to civilian life, something the forces don't prepare you for, I remember my late husband saying this about when he came out of the Fleet Air Arm.
Chris suffered from depression and anxiety, and bringing up his daughter as a single parent, and SSAFA helped support him and they have done with Alan and I, as they have been doing for thousands of others since 1885,
My second meeting Chris and Jet was by pure coincidence when going for dinner, he is such a genuine person and the bond between Chris and Jet is beautiful.
I hope readers will click on the links and support and share Chris and Jet's story, watch out for them when they come into your area,.
