Bright & Breezy BUTTERFLY & MOTH CLOTHING for Men, Ladies & ChildrenThe Beccas Butterflies brand was inspired by Rebecca and Sarah Bailey.
Rebecca has a Butterfly Farm in her garden where she looks after any butterfly and moth eggs, caterpillars or chrysalis she finds. She learns about the species, lifecycles and their caterpillar foodplant. When they become butterflies or moths, Rebecca releases them, which is where Sarah comes in.
Sarah has her own butterfly garden where she plants pollinator-friendly flowers. There are lots of great nectaring flowers such as Buddleia, Verbena, Erysimum etc, and caterpillar food plants for the 17 species in their garden.
Rebecca brought out a book series called Becca's Butterflies, which is for 3-7-year-olds and great for learning about our UK species. Some illustrations on this website are from these books. You can find all 6 books on Amazon.
We wish to encourage and inspire many more children and adults to take an interest in butterflies and moths.

Saving Scotland's Squirrels Saving Scotland’s Red Squirrels is a partnership project that is working to ensure red squirrels continue to be a part of Scotland’s special native wildlife.
While 75% of the UK’s remaining red squirrels are found here, their numbers have fallen drastically in recent decades.
This is largely due to the spread of the non-native grey squirrel, which was first introduced in North America by people in the late 1800s. Grey squirrels also carry squirrel pox, a virus that doesn’t harm them but is deadly to reds.
With the help of partners, landowners and local volunteers, the project is monitoring squirrel numbers across Scotland, managing the impact of squirrel pox, and helping to combat the spread of grey squirrels in key strategic areas. You can help by recording your sightings.
